In collaboration with a local copy shop (Niemon Impressions), EMS2024 offers a poster printing service for onsite poster presenters.
Presenters can send their poster to the copy shop by email to be printed and delivered to a copy center inside the UB historical building (Faculty of Philosophy and Communication), where EMS2024 takes place. Please note that presenters are responsible for collecting the poster at the copy center and setting it up on the poster board assigned to them.
If you want to use this service, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
The poster will be printed in A0 format on semi-glossy paper in 180g quality. The cost for one poster will be approximately €24.The deadline for sending your poster to the copy shop is 29 August 2024.
Step-by-step instructions
- Send an email to farmacia@niemon.es
- In the subject line of your email, please indicate the code word EMS2024.
- In your email, please include your abstract ID, your name and personal address, email address, and telephone number for urgent or spontaneous queries.
- Attach your poster as a PDF file adapted to A0 size (the file must not be in a square format, as it cannot be printed without trimming).
When your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please carefully check your spam folder. The poster will be paid for when you pick it up at the copy center.
Upon arriving at the venue, you must collect your poster at the copy center in the UB historical building (Faculty of Philosophy and Communication, "Pati de Lletres", main floor). It will be available from Monday, 2 September in the morning (09:00 CEST).
