Technical equipment of side event rooms

For side meetings organized by participants during the course of the conference, the EMS has reserved extra rooms free of charge for the side meeting organizer(s).

Please note that organizers must use their own laptop to run their side event. The following technical equipment is provided:

Room 103B

  • screen
  • projector

Hybrid meetings are not possible in these rooms.

Rooms 103A and Ramon y Cajal

  • Logitech Meetup system which includes a large screen on a stand (where you can see online participants and/or presentations) and on top of it will be a mounted camera and microphone that will capture the video and audio from the room, which will be transmitted to online participants.

Hybrid meetings are possible, but please be aware that zoom access will not be provided and has to be set up by the side event organizers themself, respectfully.
